Welcome to KIDLEE!  We're looking forward to servicing you.  If you should need to get in contact with us please send an email to or contact us through FB Messenger.  Please allow 48 hours for a reply Monday - Friday at 5PM EST, weekends are reserved for family and friend time.  We love hearing from our customers and will respond as quickly as possible.


Our goal is to ship stocked items within three to five business days. Most items are ready to ship unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Custom print lead time is typically four to six weeks.  Please contact us for current lead times.

You will receive an email once your order has shipped.  All items will be shipped to the address entered at checkout. Please confirm you have entered the correct address!  


We truly hope you are happy with your purchase and are thankful for your business.  Although we are sure you will love your purchase, you may return an item within seven days of receipt for a refund unless the item is made from a custom print.  Custom prints are non returnable due to the nature of the item being created specifically for your order. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

To be eligible, the item must be in new condition with tags, not washed or worn, and it must be in the same condition you received it in. To arrange a return please contact us at

Damaged Package:

Upon arrival, if an item is damaged please send a message to and include a picture of the issue. We will address the problem directly with the carrier. 

Wrong Item:

Unfortunately mistakes happen.  As hard as we try to be perfect, occasionally we might ship the wrong item.  If this happens, please send a message to  We will send a shipping label for the item to be returned.  Upon receiving the return we will ship out the correct item. 

Clearance Items:

All clearance item sales are final and not eligible for refund or return. 

Custom Print Items:

All custom print item sales are final and not eligible for refund or return.
